In de fabriek worden ingericht een melkontvangst, een koellokaal, een centrifugelokaal, een karnlokaal, een roomlokaal, een kaaslokaal, een perslokaal, een pekellokaal en een spoelplaats. In een apart gebouw aan de westzijde van de locatie worden de machinekamer, het ketelhuis, de kolenbergplaats en de ijskamers ondergebracht. Met de machinekamer is de schoorsteen verbonden. Verder wordt bepaald dat de sloot tussen het fabrieksterrein en de openbare weg (Achterweg) over een lengte van 18 meter moet worden gedempt en vervangen moet worden door een riool.[DGAHW/Doos 20/XVIIc-73].\r\n\r\n1911: Uitbreidingsvergunning voor het vergroten van de machinekamer. Aan de verdere inrichting van de fabriek wordt niets gewijzigd. De stoommachine blijft dus wel functioneren. Verder is op de tekening van de fabriek nu een laboratorium zichtbaar. De inrichting van de fabriek blijft daarnaast gelijk. Later vestigen zich een exportslachterij en een autosloopbedrijf in de panden van de fabriek.",
