    "OMSCHRIJVING" : "1889: Hinderwetverguning aangevraagd door de Koninklijke Nederlandsche Maatschappij van Kaas- en Roomboterfabrieken te Harlingen, voor het oprichten van een kaas- en roomboterfabriek te Oudega. De fabriek zal worden opgericht te noorden van de Oudegaaster Brekken op het perceel kadastraal bekend Heeg, C 720 en 1042. [GA Ylst, Wymbrits 1816-1922, 1341/38]\r\n\r\n1889: Uitbreiding van de fabriek te Oudega, op het perceel Heeg, C 1077. [GA Ylst, Wymbrits 1816-1922, 1341-68]\r\n\r\n1928: In november is er brand geweest in een pakhuis van de zuivelfabriek te Oudega. De fabriek zelf bleef gespaard. [GA Ylst, W/1923-1983/2501]\r\n\r\n1929: Een hinderwetvergunning werd verleend voor het plaatsen van een ondergrondse benzinetank van 6000 liter bij de zuivelfabriek te Oudega. Uit de plattegrond van de fabriek blijkt dat tussen het ketelhuis en het hoofdgebouw een nieuw gebouw is geplaatst, dat gebruikt wordt als karnlokaal en laboratorium.  Ook is het oppervlak van het ketelhuis verdubbeld. \r\n\r\n1962: De zuivelfabriek gaat dicht.\r\n\r\n1971: Uit kadastraal onderzoek blijkt dat de fabrieksgebouwen in 1971 al zijn afgebroken. Er wordt dan nieuwbouw gepleegd op het perceel van de voormalige zuivelfabriek. [Ryksargyf, Kadastrale kaarten]",
